Nigel specialises in patent litigation and advice with a focus on the medical devices, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, chemical and engineering industries.
Nigel has acted for clients in high profile patent cases in the English High Court and Court of Appeal. He regularly co-ordinates multi-jurisdictional cases and strategies across Europe, working closely with local counsel there and in the US and Asia.
