Stephan’s practice focuses on M&A transactions, carve-outs, joint ventures, buy and builds and reorganisations as well as general corporate law and corporate governance matters.

His clients include strategic and institutional investors (Corporates / Private Equity). With his extensive transactional experience of almost two decades he advises clients especially in the chemical, life sciences, healthcare, industrials, automotive, technology, financial services and retail sector.

Stephan is intimately familiar with the specifics of these industries, among other things due to his previous work as Group General Counsel of a global chemical and pharmaceutical group. Stephan is highly regarded by his clients thanks to his pragmatic advisory practice and his proactive entrepreneurial advisory approach with vision.
